    The investment  needed is 328,000 plus the permit cost and training cost for the transportation of staff. If the  preferred location is bare type, the construction cost will be shouldered by the franchisee, we will advise on the ocular period. 

    The standard floor size need is 20 sqm.

    The franchise fee is 328,000

    Franchise life is 5 years

    After 5 years, the franchisor will conduct and assess for the following:

    o STORE INTERIOR and EXTERIOR

    o EQUIPMENT CHECK UP

    o STAFF PERFORMANCE

    o FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

    *IF there’s a renovation, repair and retraining recommended by the franchisor, franchisee will

    shoulder the cost.*

    NO ROYALTY FEE.

    NO ADVERTISING FEE.

    The Franchisee may propose for a site location. 

    Alternatively, pre-approved sites may also be offered by the franchisor to the franchisee.

    Yes, A standard store design, layout, equipment and facilities will be provided by the franchisor.

    Yes, PAN DE KESO has designed a complete variety of forms for inventory control, daily and weekly sales, profit and loss account and other procedure that are vital in efficient store operations. A franchisee will also receive advertising support, collaterals and other marketing materials to promote your business within your local retail trade area.
    All stores shall observe one pricing level. For stores with much lower food cost ( due to supply in the vicinity), we initiate a promo/discount on such items.
    Timetable depends on a lot of factors, including selecting a desirable location and operations requirements. However, training and store construction may be completed within 3 weeks from the signing of the Franchise Agreement.
